Registrar’s Office

At a big university like UCF, the Registrar’s Office is the primary record keeper of all student academic information. They make sure everything is accurate and secure, handling things like:

  • Keeping track of your grades and courses.
  • Sending out your official transcripts (the list of your classes and grades).
  • Confirming that you’re actually enrolled at UCF.
  • Making sure everyone follows the university’s academic rules.

Now, here’s the great news for UCF Downtown students: our Student Services Coordinators are here to help you with many of the things you’d usually go to the main Registrar’s Office for. Think of them as your go-to team right here at the downtown campus!

Some of the most common things students ask them about include:

  • Updating who can see your records (FERPA contacts): This lets you choose who the university can share your academic info with.
  • Coming back to UCF after taking some time off (readmission).

So, if you have questions about your academic records while you’re studying at UCF Downtown, our Student Services Coordinators are ready to assist you! Schedule an appointment here.
