First Stop has everything you need from Enrollment Services – admissions, financial aid, registrar support, and campus tours. Situated on the bustling first floor of UnionWest in Creative Village, this integrated UCF and Valencia College location also offers the convenience of Subway and Dunkin’ Donuts, along with building security, meeting rooms, and more.
Student Services Coordinators are available weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to assist prospective students, applicants, current students, or visitors with questions related to admissions, financial aid, and registrar services. The knowledgeable staff also hosts UCF Downtown information sessions and provides guided tours on select Fridays.
Students are encouraged to schedule an appointment for in-person or virtual assistance with their enrollment services needs.
